Dear A C Locker Rooms Tenants,

 

A C Locker Rooms has made the decision to strongly recommend that all tenants insure their items while stored at any of our locations. This decision helps to protect our customers from the unexpected and provide peace of mind while your belongings are stored with us.

 

Customers may use homeowners, renters, or some other form of insurance that covers their personal property in storage. Please email a copy of the homeowners or renters decelerations page to us at storage@aclockerrooms.com .

 

As a courtesy, we have made available Safestor Tenant Insurance for those that do not have other insurance. We have found they offer the best coverage for the price.

 

All units that do not have a homeowner, renters, or some other form of insurance submitted by July 1, 2023, will be automatically enrolled with $5,000 of Safestor coverage. This will appear on your monthly statement in the amount of $10.95.

 

You may modify your insurance coverage at any time by visiting the office.
